Life is great in so many ways. You have close and meaningful relationships, you’ve had a great career, and you’ve got a strong sense of purpose for your life… and you ARE living it!

The reason that people struggle so much with their food and body weight goals is very simple… they are trying to achieve these goals in ways that are in direct opposition to the way they are programmed.

For example, most people don’t realize it, but when they struggle with weight issues,  it is because they are subconsciously programmed for “being-heavy” to be safer than “being-light.”

The extra weight serves a purpose. It is providing some kind of security, some kind of protection. Not consciously… but subconsciously.

Which means that no matter how much effort they put into trying to lose weight, there’s an invisible inner-conflict that will always make them backslide.

That is why most approaches to weight loss feel like they are forced and exhausting, and are therefore not sustainable..

I am the founder of Brain Flip Weight Loss, and although I guide people on a daily basis to gain complete freedom over all food struggles, as well drop all the extra weight for good… that is not my deeper purpose. My deeper purpose is in guiding people to move beyond their greatest attachments of limitation, so they can expand their range of consciousness and awaken to who they truly are. Because when we awaken to who we truly are, we can become whoever we want to be.

This is my real mission, my deeper purpose, and everything I do is directed toward this purpose. People join my program to resolve food and bodyweight challenges, and they do experience these in a way that they never had before… but much more importantly, they leave as the conscious creators of their own lives.

The reason this process begins with the mastery of food and bodyweight struggles is very simple – they are the closest to home. No matter where we are, no matter what we are doing, we are always in this body, and we are regularly eating food to sustain it. And so the mastery of this is the first step to the mastery of anything else we desire to actualize in our lives…
