The vast majority of people that have food and body weight struggles are NOT taking actions that will help them to become free of these issues. Rather, they are taking actions that are designed to help them to manage these issues better.

This looks like the resisting of cravings, the controlling of portions, the counting of steps or the measure of exercise time, or the tracking of calories burned… or whatever. You get the idea.

These are all forms of management. And yet it feels like no amount of effort with this approach really brings the freedom they truly desire.

This is because it can’t. The management of struggle does not lead to freedom over it. Management requires energy, and the more we do it, the more it exhausts our energy…  

and our potential along with it.

I’VE DISCOVERED THAT THE REASON PEOPLE ARE STUCK IN “MANAGEMENT MODE” IS SOMETHING I CALL 

THE  PROGRAMMING PARADOX.  

Without realizing it, they have subconscious physical and mental programming that is in conflict with their conscious desires.

For example, they may consciously want to lose weight, but subconsciously, there can be the sense that losing the weight isn’t really safe. And therefore, the brain starts sabotaging their efforts the moment that it realizes that they are moving out of the ‘safe zone.”

Suddenly, they get hungrier. It’s harder to restrict. Their mind rationalizes why they should skip their workout today. They have more cravings, and losing weight feels so much harder than it needs to be.

At Brain Flip Weight Loss, we realize that no amount of management will ever lead to freedom. This is why we do NOT help people to manage their food and body weight struggles better. 

RATHER, WE HELP THEM TO REPROGRAM THEIR BRAIN SO THAT THE STRUGGLE NO LONGER EXISTS, AND THERE IR NOTHING LEFT TO MANAGE.

Meaning that if a person wants to lose weight, we do NOT make efforts to try to force the weight off. Instead, we help them to reprogram their brain so that being light is safer than being heavy. When this happens, no force is needed.

In other words, we bring their subconscious drives into absolute alignment with their conscious desires, so that their actions reconcile inner-conflicts, rather than flare them up.

When this happens, progress not only becomes easier over time, but it also becomes a very enlightening experience – full of self-discovery and the expansion of possibilities.

EVERY - LEVEL MOMENTUM

Influence the body to drop the extra weight in a way that reprograms it for being-light to be safer than being-heavy, and solidify a lighter self-identity throughout the process, so that losing weight feels like you are coming home, and able to experience the lasting transformation of body and mind.

The PROGRAM

Phase 1

GROSS - LEVEL DISRUPTION

The first step to creating the body that we truly want, is to disrupt the most obvious sources of inner-conflict that prevent us from having it right now. 

Physically, this includes the disruption of our cravings for unhealthy foods, which eliminates them completely, and mentally it involves the disruption of our most common restrictive thought-patterns, which leads to greater receptivity to change, as well as an expansion of what the mind perceives to be possible.

These are important, because the more inner-conflicts we reconcile prior to weight loss, the less we fight against ourselves, and the smoother and more enjoyable weight loss is able to become. 

At the end of this phase, we walk away with a greater sense of peace and centeredness within the mind, because all cravings and thoughts of junk food are gone. We will then use this increased centeredness to help us get into an optimized life-rhythm in the 2nd Phase.

Phase 2

SUBTLE - LEVEL RHYTHM

In this phase, we focus on greater fine-tuning by creating a rhythmic daily flow that is optimized for the body we want to have and the life we want to live. 

This includes the development of a rhythmic eating pattern that is not only enjoyable, but also resolves all issues around overeating and snacking in the process. We also get into a super-charged, rhythmic way of dealing with stress and emotional triggers, so that when we get to the weight loss phase, the obstacles that would normally sabotage progress can actually flip in the other direction and become propellers of progress. 

This phase is important because the more of a rhythm we get into, the weaker our subconscious resistance becomes, and the more weight loss momentum we can build out of it.

At the end of this phase, we walk away with a growing sense of relaxed excitement, because all food struggles are gone, and we are dealing with the inevitable stresses of life in a way that makes us stronger. We will then use this relaxed excitement to help us build momentum in the 3rd Phase.

Phase 3

EVERY - LEVEL MOMENTUM

Now that our subconscious physical and mental programming is strongly aligned with our conscious goal, it is time to build momentum and bring this goal to life – on every level of our being. 

In this phase, we influence the body to lose the extra weight in a way that reprograms the brain for lightness – where being light is safer than being heavy. This allows weight loss to become a joy, rather than being the struggle that it was before.

We also reprogram the mind for a lighter self-identity along the way, so that as we lose the weight it feels like we are coming home, and there is no where else to go back to.

The end result of this phase is not only lasting transformation of the body, but also a renewed and expanded sense of who we are, and a masterful ability to continue to consciously create the life that we really want.
